A Product Enhancement is a change to a website or app, which aims to improve KPIs such as conversion, engagement or revenue.

Product Defects are often given priority over Enhancements. Because fixing a defect is almost certain to improve performance. While an enhancement only helps if it is the right change.

Conduct AB testing, Usability testing and Session Replay analysis to support and validate enhancements. To avoid wasting resource on a change which has no impact.

Userlytics is a great tool for usability tests. Clarity is excellent for Session Replay analysis. And Google Optimize is a good choice for AB Testing.
