Most teams we meet have more data than they rely on. The reports look fine until someone checks them against the order table, and then the numbers don’t agree.
We find out why, we fix it, and we keep it fixed. Every finding is reviewed by a named senior analyst before it reaches you. Neal Cole, who wrote the official GA4 and Google Tag Manager audit course for CXL, signs off on the work.
If you’re not sure which of these you need, start with the free audit. It takes minutes, needs no access to your accounts, and it usually makes the answer obvious.
A free health check of your site.
A read-only scan of your analytics, consent and conversion tracking. We don’t need access to your accounts and nothing changes on your site. You get a short report showing what’s set up wrongly and what it’s likely to be affecting.
Price: free.
Right for you if: you think something is off but can’t point at it yet.
A fast check of your GA4 and GTM setup.
Our audit tools read your GA4 property and your tag manager container against a fixed checklist. An analyst then reviews every finding before you see it, so you get judgement rather than a machine-generated list. You’ll know what’s mis-configured, what it affects, and what to fix first.
Price: £250 + VAT for either. £450 + VAT for both.
Right for you if: you want a straight answer on whether your setup is sound before you spend more on acquisition.
What is my bad data costing me?
Some problems don’t show up in a configuration check. Purchase events that fire twice. Consent settings that remove a large share of your conversions before they’re ever counted. Tracking that breaks when a user crosses between your domains. Checkout steps that were never instrumented.
This is hands-on testing by a senior analyst, a read on what the errors are worth in money, and a prioritised plan for putting them right.
Price: from £1,500 + VAT, scoped by time.
Right for you if: your ad platforms, your analytics and your finance numbers disagree, and you need to know which one to believe.
An audit is worth nothing if the fixes never land. This is the engineering that follows.
Server-side Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode v2, enhanced conversions for Google Ads, Meta’s Conversions API, and event deduplication so nothing gets counted twice. Moving collection server-side typically recovers 10 to 15% of the conversions that ad blockers and browser privacy limits strip from client-side tags.
Where you need more history or volume than GA4’s reporting interface will give you, we connect GA4 to BigQuery so the analysis isn’t capped by sampling.
Price: quoted per project once we know what needs doing.
Right for you if: you already know what’s broken and want it fixed properly.
Keep my tracking honest, and prove it.
An audit is a snapshot. Sites get redeployed, tags break, consent rules change, and platforms update their APIs. Assurance is the version that keeps working.
We monitor your tracking continuously and tell you when a number stops matching what it should match. We check the answers your analytics tools and AI assistants produce, because a confident answer from a model is still wrong if the data underneath it is wrong. A named senior analyst is accountable for your numbers every month, and you get evidence in a form your compliance team can use.
Our biggest clients rely on this. It’s the reference build for how we do continuous monitoring, and the one we’ll walk you through if you want to see it working before you commit.
Price: on scope.
Right for you if: you make budget decisions on these numbers every month and can’t afford to find out late.
Our scope has changed, so it’s worth being direct about where it now stops.
A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. We used to run these. We don’t any more, and we’ll introduce you to a partner who does. If you are planning tests, our view is that a test result is only as reliable as the tracking underneath it, so we’d want to check that first in any case.
User research and website design. Same answer. Happy to make an introduction.
Standalone reporting dashboards. We build reporting inside an assurance engagement, but we don’t sell dashboard-building on its own. What matters is whether the numbers going into the dashboard are correct.
Marketing and growth leads spending real money on acquisition who don’t fully rely on the numbers they’re spending against. Finance and compliance teams in regulated sectors who need to show their working.
We’ve done this for finance, insurance, publishing, ecommerce, legal, travel and online gaming, including Casumo, PA Media, The Irish News, Hastings Direct, Assurant and Gardening Express.
We make sure the teams spending real money on growth can trust the numbers they decide on, and prove it when it counts.
Every engagement has one senior analyst who signs off. You’ll know their name before the work starts.
£250 + VAT for a GA4 audit, £250 + VAT for a Google Tag Manager audit, or £450 + VAT for both. The website analytics and SEO audit is free and needs no account access.
The free audit is same-day. The GA4 and GTM audits are usually back within three working days. A senior diagnostic is scoped by time and typically runs one to two weeks.
Not for the free audit. For the GA4 and GTM audits we need read-only access. We never change your configuration without asking first.
Both. Audits are priced separately from implementation so you’re free to have your own team do the fixes. Most clients ask us to do them.
Yes. That’s a core part of measurement assurance. Google tells BigQuery Conversational Analytics users to validate the output, and that validation is the work we do.
No. We refer that to partner agencies. We’ll check that the tracking behind your tests is sound.
No account access, no commitment. You’ll see where your measurement stands and what it’s worth fixing.
